I rebuilt the investor app so existing investors could sign and pay for new contracts in it. In the first month, 93% of contracts from the investor base closed in the app.

I redesigned how returned devices come back into stock, with the asset at the center. Operational vacancy fell from 12% to 5.3% and processing time from 11 to 7 days.
